\Solution Architect Leader
\Seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead our teams in delivering high-quality, timely and thorough solutions.
\The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITIL and ServiceNow, with expertise in designing and architecting solutions across functional areas.
\The successful candidate will be responsible for several key tasks, including investigating, documenting and analysing client organisational processes, working collaboratively with project management teams to determine required resources and create realistic timelines, maintaining an effective client follow-up system, coordinating and executing client training, taking charge of finding information sources, gathering and interpreting problem statements, executing analysis and presenting findings to team members and stakeholders, performing and organising ongoing support for customers such as report building, data quality, new integrations, etc, contributing to the development of a strategic vision for product development and enhancement, designing and architecting solutions in appropriate platforms, applying in-depth functional knowledge of ITIL and ServiceNow to customer needs and requirements, providing advice to customers regarding industry best practices and process methodology, conducting analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of enterprise-wide systems across functional areas, maintaining high customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality, timely and thorough solutions to customer problems, enhancing & increasing ServiceNow knowledge by doing continuous learning, training and certification, managing and leading a team of employees, communicating company goals, safety practices and deadlines to the team; motivating team members and assessing their performance.
\Key qualifications include 5-7 years of professional experience, expert ServiceNow knowledge, sound JavaScript knowledge, openness to travel, tertiary education preferred, extensive work-experience in ServiceNow projects, integration project experience, ServiceNow admin certification (CSA), ITSM Experience, excellent problem solving & communication skill, team lead & project management skill, embrace design thinking, ITIL Foundation Certified, ServiceNow certified application developer (CAD), ServiceNow certified implementation specialist (CIS).
