Group Rewards Partner

We are excited to partner with a leading Singapore-headquartered multinational corporate to appoint a Group Rewards Partner into their Human Resources (HR) team. As a pioneering industrial player listed on the SGX, the client has successfully diversified and expanded their services over the years, with a strong focus on technological advancement.

The Group Rewards Partner will provide strategic advice to business units on compensation and performance-related processes, systems, and projects. This role involves both strategic and operational elements, including liaising with BU leaders on incentives and salary reviews, developing proposals for new hires, and implementing and managing plans across relevant entities.

To ensure continued industrial relevance, the Group Rewards Partner will lead benchmarking surveys and make recommendations based on the results. Effective internal communications are also a key aspect of this role, with changes accurately and timely conveyed to employees and managers.

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional with at least 6 years of Total Rewards experience, particularly in compensation management and performance reviews. The ideal candidate will possess a consultative and engaging personality, with strong analytical skills to develop strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic advice on compensation and performance-related processes
  • Liaise with BU leaders on incentives and salary reviews
  • Develop proposals for new hires and implement plans
  • Lead benchmarking surveys and make recommendations
  • Ensure effective internal communications

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of Total Rewards experience
  • Strong analytical skills and consultative personality
