Job Title: Senior Digital Forensic Investigation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Forensic Investigation Specialist to join our team at TD Bank Group. As a key member of our Cyber Security Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting incident response, internal, and external investigations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct complex and sensitive digital forensic investigations, including forensic collection and analysis of digital evidence.
  • Collaborate with Cyber Security Operations teams and internal investigative partners to support incident response and investigations.
  • Develop and implement digital forensic strategies and procedures to ensure the integrity and security of digital evidence.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on digital forensic matters to internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and threats to ensure the team's expertise remains current and effective.
Requirements:
  • Professional designation/certification in digital forensics or a related field (e.g., EnCE, CISSP, CCFP, CISM, GIAC).
  • University degree or college diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital forensics, including investigations in a corporate network environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital forensic principles, methodologies, and techniques, including experience with digital forensic tools (e.g., EnCase, Axiom, e-Discovery tools, Cellebrite, Intella, Crowdstrike, Splunk).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, organization, leadership, and planning skills.
  • Ability to interpret digital evidence matters in a way understandable to business and non-technical people.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++).
  • Background in operational information security disciplines (e.g., incident response, security infrastructure management or monitoring services).
  • Familiarity with network architecture and security infrastructure placement.
  • Familiarity with security tools (e.g., Anti-Virus, SEIM systems, Data Loss Prevention tools).
