The role of an Associate in Client Service is pivotal to the success of our organization. This team is responsible for efficiently delivering services to clients worldwide, fostering a deep understanding of their unique business needs and helping them make informed decisions.

As an Associate on this team, your primary focus will be on establishing connections between clients and Advisors across various industries. Your core skills will include researching relevant industries for client project requests and recruiting subject matter experts into our network, ensuring seamless connections are made.

Upon mastering these foundational skills, you will have opportunities to expand your expertise into more complex projects and client relationship management roles as you grow within the organization.

  • Review and analyze client research requests to identify relevant subject matter experts.
  • Utilize phone calls, LinkedIn outreach, and other methods to recruit new Advisors, effectively communicating why their expertise aligns with specific project needs.
  • Screen experts for suitability and create professional profiles for client consideration.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Guidepoint employees, offices, and Advisors through teamwork and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to speak a second Asian language as an added benefit.
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare (preferred).
  • Outgoing personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Able to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
