Job Title: Aesthetic Client Services Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to deliver exceptional service to our clients in a medical aesthetic setting.

  • This role involves following up on leads to convert them into appointments for the clinic and spa.
  • The ideal candidate will provide clients with detailed information about our services, operating hours, and other relevant details in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Responsibilities include answering phone calls professionally and routing them as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and follow-up calls with clients.
  • Manage reception duties, registration, and appointment booking.
  • Perform administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE Ordinary Level or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to handle sales-oriented environment.
  • At least 1-year experience in customer service/receptionist role is an advantage.
