Expert Client Liaison

We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Service Expert to join our team in Singapore. As a key member, you will be responsible for welcoming clients during consultations and ensuring every item meets our quality standards before it reaches the customer.
This role combines premium client service with operational support. As a Client Service Expert, you will greet clients for appointment-based consultations, assist customers in selecting diamonds, metals, and styles, handle order processing, perform quality control checks, and prepare items for delivery.
You will work closely with the team to deliver a seamless, sincerity-driven experience. We value clear communication, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients for consultation and guide them through design and customization options.
- Assist customers in selecting diamonds, metals, and styles that fit their needs and budget.
- Handle order processing, perform quality control checks, and prepare items for delivery.
- Support operational tasks, including coordinating sales campaigns, events, and follow-up communications.
We are looking for a candidate who is organized, multitasking, and able to work across sales and operations. Prior retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is an advantage, but not required - full training will be provided.
As a Client Service Expert, you will have the opportunity to learn about fine jewelry and diamond customization from industry professionals, work in a comfortable private sales office, and enjoy flexible working arrangements.
Our ideal candidate has strong people skills, empathy, and attention to detail. They should be comfortable with technology, such as email, spreadsheets, and POS systems.
