About the Role
The Technical Account Strategist will play a vital role in managing customer relationships and site deployments, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting of technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their technical needs and providing support and solutions.
- Site Deployments: Collaborate with customers to ensure successful site deployments, identifying and resolving any technical issues that may arise.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to customer operations.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience: Proven experience in customer success or technical account management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Technical Background: Strong background in software development or technical support.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
