Job Description:

ECHO TECHNICAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Product Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our product development and management team, you will be responsible for defining, planning, and executing the product strategy.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of products and services, driving their success from concept to launch and beyond. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure that our products meet customer needs, achieve business objectives, and remain competitive in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Product Roadmap: Create and manage a product roadmap that outlines the product's short-term and long-term development plans.
  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams to gather and document product requirements.
  • Product Development: Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to oversee the product development process.
  • User Experience (UX) and Design: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly and visually appealing product interfaces.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Oversee the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the product meets defined requirements and quality standards.
  • Product Launch: Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating marketing, sales, and support efforts.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze product performance and user feedback to make data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field is typically required. An MBA or relevant certifications may be preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of product management experience, with a track record of successful product launches and improvements, is usually required.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the market, target audience, and industry trends in which the product operates.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with technology, development processes, and product management tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address product challenges and make strategic decisions.
  • Leadership: Effective leadership and project management skills to guide the product development process.
  • Customer-Centric: A customer-focused mindset, with a deep understanding of user needs and the ability to advocate for user-centric product design.
  • Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing market conditions and evolving product requirements.
Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of SGD $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
