Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic brand campaigns to drive sales and strengthen our online presence.

Key responsibilities include planning and implementing seasonal launches, promotional initiatives, and festive campaigns. You will also coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Additionally, you will collaborate with digital marketing agencies to strategize and manage campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and more.

One of your primary tasks will be curating and planning engaging social media content that aligns with our brand's tone and identity.

Furthermore, you will drive e-commerce campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions in collaboration with key stakeholders.

In this role, you will oversee the design, production, and coordination of promotional materials, such as signage and posters.

As part of our marketing team, you will track industry trends, consumer insights, competitor activities, and kids' fashion trends to identify growth opportunities.

Other responsibilities may include ad-hoc projects assigned by management.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands.
  • Good working knowledge of E-commerce (Shopify), digital marketing, and social media management.
  • Experience in campaign management and influencer collaborations.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and/or Canva.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Passionate, creative, and highly committed with a positive attitude.
