**Team Summary**

Our mission as the consumer brand marketing team’s is to leverage our brand to accelerate business growth and deliver against key priorities: consumer payments, new payment flows, and value-added services.

Our aim as the creative and content team is to establish Visa as the engine of commerce through creative leadership, brand storytelling, and operationalizing new ways of working to deliver best-in-class creative and campaigns.

**What a Senior Brand Manager (Campaign & Creative) does at Visa**:
This role will be responsible for supporting the Senior Director of Creative, Campaign and Agency in delivering campaign strategy, asset toolkits including productions across brand, business, and product campaigns across Asia Pacific.

**Campaign Strategy**:

- Be responsible for leading the development of campaign strategy across Asia Pacific markets
- Lead master planning on a 1-3-year time horizon to drive brand objectives in impactful and meaningful ways with our consumers and co-marketing for clients
- Close partnership with consumer marketing leads in local markets and clusters across Asia Pacific
- Close partnership with the Visa partnerships/client/B2B marketing, and global brand and campaign team
- Support markets by understanding their needs and developing strategies which will help them achieve both their unique and common objectives

**Creative Development & Production**:

- Develop compelling creative which drive brand and business objectives in equal measure
- Project management for campaign and creative toolkit development
- Ensure optimal Client co-marketing templates in all campaign and asset toolkits to enable Value-added services revenue generation

**Agency Management**:

- Lead the relationship with creative, social and production agencies
- Support the development of multi-agency relationship to meet the evolving needs of our consumers
- Budget management of agency fees, production, and all creative projects

**Why this is important to Visa**

This role will be responsible for leading Visa’s campaign and creative strategy across brand, cross border, ecommerce, contactless and new flows across Asia Pacific as well as deliver new creative and production to Visa and clients, ensuring adoption and revenue growth.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.

**Qualifications**:
**What you will need**:

- Experienced, results-oriented leader with at least 8-10 years of creative campaign, social and digital marketing. This includes experience in a marketing function and/or advertising (creative/brand/design agency) experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong experience in marketing with strong brand management skills in shaping brands to deliver greater impact
- Strategic and innovative thinker with commercial acumen also capable of strong execution
- Solid experience in delivering best-in-class creative thinking and storytelling in an omni-channel messaging environment
- Demonstrable ability to connect the dots between data, insights, marketing strategy, and business to drive creative excellence
- Operates with discipline and excellence in execution: Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, organised, can manage timelines and follow up diligently and comprehensively with key stakeholders
- International marketing experience essential
- Regional experience managing across multiple geographies, markets and cultures
- Able to work in matrix organizations and comfortable with ambiguity
- Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Strong self-management skills including demonstrable drive and energy
- Proactive thinking and desire to take risks to test and learn
- Education: Bachelors’ or business/marketing or related field with marketing foundation
