**About This Role**
Join Circles as a **Brand and Campaigns, Senior Associate**, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand, driving strategic marketing initiatives, and accelerating our growth through bold and innovative means to revolutionise the telco industry
To be successful in this role, you are expected to self-manage and influence cross-functional stakeholders towards the following goals:
- **Campaign Strategy**:
Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and target audience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign integration with overall company initiatives.
- **Content Development**:
Work closely with content team to develop compelling and targeted campaign content, including copy, visuals, and multimedia elements.
Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all campaign materials.
- **Multi-Channel Execution**:
Leverage data-driven insights to optimize channel mix and maximize campaign reach.
- **Project Management**:
Own the end-to-end project management of campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are effectively utilized.
Monitor and report on campaign performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Analytics and Optimization**:
Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance.
Implement optimization strategies based on data insights to improve future campaigns.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with overall business goals.
Provide support for product launches and other key initiatives.
**Job Requirements**
- Proven experience (at least 2 years) in a growth marketing role, preferably in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with a track record of successful marketing initiatives.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
