Web3 Trading Growth Manager

We're seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the growth of our Web3 trading business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, revenue growth, and expansion into new markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to grow our user base and increase trading volume.
- Build and manage relationships with key partners, including agents, traders, and other stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Optimize conversion funnels and improve user retention through data-driven decision making.
- 3-6+ years of experience in crypto exchange growth, trading platforms, or fintech user acquisition roles.
- Deep understanding of derivatives/contract trading and ability to drive stickiness among users.
- Proven success managing affiliate/agent/KOL-based acquisition strategies in crypto or similar verticals.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical skills and ability to test and learn quickly.
