Outpatient Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Outpatient Support Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have experience in providing customer service.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing frontline duties, answering phone calls, and providing clear explanations and guidance to customers and the public regarding outpatient policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for handling registration and cash collection for outpatient services, facilitating medical report processes, preparing statistical reports, and reviewing and managing daily outstanding balances for outpatients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Experience in providing customer service and resolving complaints
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Basic knowledge of medical records and healthcare procedures
