The role of the Outpatient Services Representative involves delivering high-quality frontline customer service and providing meticulous administrative support to our outpatient services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and meet tight deadlines, and possess a strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, responding promptly to their queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Offer comprehensive administrative support to the outpatient services team, including data entry, filing, and other related tasks.
- Scheduling and Reminders: Schedule appointments and send reminders to patients, ensuring timely attendance and minimizing no-shows.
- Registration and Payment: Manage patient registration, collect payments and deposits, and maintain accurate records.
- Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical duties as assigned, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
- Qualifications: GCE N' Level or ITE Certificate holders are welcome to apply. Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in healthcare settings, is highly desirable.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Language Skills: Ability to communicate in vernacular languages is an asset, allowing for effective liaison with patients and associates who speak these languages.
- Time Management: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
