Director of Outpatient Services

About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee daily operations of our outpatient GP clinic. The successful candidate will provide support, direction, and oversight of day-to-day operations, manage staff development, ensure quality patient care, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the clinic; including team supervision, roster management, resource planning, slot management, and downtime process.
- Support implementation of policies and procedures to improve clinic efficiency.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Manage inventory and ordering of medical supplies and equipment.
- Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of clinic facilities.
- Handle patient complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
- Oversee finance and administration matters, including file organization and petty cash management.
- Perform frontline services during peak hours or when there is a shortage of manpower.
Requirements:
- NITEC/Higher NITEC/GCE 'N' or 'O' level with 3 years' experience in outpatient GP Clinic, preferably with supervisory experience.
- Advanced knowledge of government schemes and subsidies.
- Knowledge of MOH regulatory requirements for GP clinics, insurance providers program, and process.
- Effective leadership and coaching skills.
- Possession of strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with clinic management application.
