
Strategic Business Partner

We are seeking a strategic partner to drive Commercial Excellence initiatives in Southeast Asia markets. The successful candidate will support the design and execution of Commercial Excellence strategies across the region, develop and manage sales force effectiveness metrics and reporting frameworks, conduct market research, forecasting, and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing incentive schemes and payout calculations for the Singapore market, delivering business reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision making, collaborating across functions to align and deliver key projects, monitoring competitor strategies and providing insights to senior management, and identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Force Effectiveness: Develop and manage metrics and reporting frameworks to optimize sales performance.
- Commercial Excellence Strategy: Design and execute strategies to drive growth in Southeast Asia markets.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify growth opportunities and trends.
- Incentive Schemes: Design and oversee incentive schemes and payout calculations for the Singapore market.
- Business Reporting: Deliver business reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision making.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Life Sciences, or related field; Master's preferred.
- At least 5 years' experience in Commercial Excellence, Business Insights, or related commercial roles in FMCG retail / medical / Pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, pricing, market dynamics, and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
