Job Title: Customer Support Coordinator

At SUPERHERO PRODUCTIONS, we are seeking a highly skilled and independent individual to join our team as a Customer Support Coordinator.

About the Role:

We are looking for someone who can provide exceptional support to our Manager in the daily operations. This includes admin and scheduling of appointments, as well as managing customer inquiries and requests.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support to the Manager, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Handle customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, or online platforms.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Assist with data entry, report generation, and other administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with customer service software and systems.
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
