Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Support and Operations Coordinator to join our team at J MARKETING. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our sales team, ensuring timely order processing, and providing excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in sourcing and preparing quotations, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of customer requests.
  • Order Management: Create and process orders efficiently, coordinating with production teams to expedite pending orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Logistics Coordination: Facilitate customers' requests, coordinate delivery arrangements, and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Administrative Skills: Proficiency in data entry, invoicing, inventory management, and office administration is essential for this role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Working Conditions and Benefits

This is a full-time position with a 5-day workweek. We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
