  • We are seeking an IT Platform Operations Specialist to manage the installation, configuration, testing, and operations of client platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage installation, configuration, testing, and operations of client platforms.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve client platform-related incidents; provide temporary and/or permanent fixes.
  3. Handle service requests and provide timely status updates to relevant stakeholders.
  4. Monitor and document system configurations, ensuring compliance with agreed service levels.
  5. Participate in client platform implementation and upgrade projects.
  6. Conduct research and evaluation of new client platform tools.
  7. Provide systems-related technical advice to customers or project teams.
  8. Manage client platform systems, including changes via the formal change request process.
  9. Prepare and deliver regular status and performance reports.
  10. Perform pre-sales support tasks related to client platforms.
  11. Gather and analyze infrastructure requirements to support business/application needs.
  12. Establish and maintain facility management standards and best practices.
