The Client Platform Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of client platforms. This involves managing installation, configuration, testing and operations to meet agreed service levels.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Platform Management: Ensure the effective management of client platforms to meet customer needs.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve client platform-related incidents in a timely manner.
  • Service Requests: Handle service requests and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor and document system configurations to ensure compliance with agreed service levels.
  • Project Participation: Participate in client platform implementation and upgrade projects.
  • Research and Evaluation: Conduct research and evaluation of new client platform tools to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Technical Advice: Provide technical advice to customers or project teams on systems-related matters.
  • Change Management: Manage client platform systems through formal change request processes.
  • Status Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular status reports to stakeholders.
  • Infrastructure Planning: Gather and analyze infrastructure requirements to support business/application needs.

  • Windows 10 Expertise: Strong knowledge of Windows 10 is essential.

  • Windows 11 Familiarity: Familiarity with Windows 11 is desirable.
