Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Platform Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless installation and daily operations support for client platforms.

  1. Ensure that client platform installations meet agreed business needs and service levels.
  2. Perform troubleshooting for client platform-related problems and provide timely resolutions.
  3. Investigate incidents, provide temporary or permanent resolution, and offer regular status updates to relevant parties.
  4. Monitor and maintain the configuration of systems, providing regular reporting to stakeholders.
  5. Participate in client platform implementation and upgrade projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
