
HR Compensation Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing monthly compensation accurately and on time. This includes managing employee records, preparing payroll reports, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Key Performance Indicators:
- Achieve 99% accuracy rate in payroll processing.
- Meet deadlines for submission of payroll reports.
The successful candidate will also assist with the hiring process, including coordination of new staff onboarding and arrangement of employment contracts. Additionally, they will help resolve employee inquiries regarding leave, pay, HR policies, and benefits.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll management, human resources, or a related field.
