Job Title: Compensation Policy Specialist
Role Overview:
The key objective of this role is to develop and implement compensation policies that support the attraction, retention and motivation of high-calibre personnel. This involves formulating policy guidelines, analysing HR data and trends, conducting research, consulting with stakeholders, proposing policy recommendations, evaluating deviation requests and providing guidance to HR practitioners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and review compensation policies
- Develop and maintain databases of HR information
- Conduct in-depth analysis of HR data and trends
- Research new and innovative approaches to compensation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to consult on compensation policies
- Formulate policy recommendations for management's decision-making process
- Evaluate and assess deviation requests from established policy guidelines
- Provide technical guidance and support to HR practitioners
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical software
Appointment will be commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
