Compensation Specialist Job Summary

\

We are seeking an experienced Compensation Specialist to provide operational support for partnership compensation.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Provide operational support for partnership compensation, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all related transactions.\
  • Work closely with IT and stakeholders to implement system enhancements and ensure seamless rollouts of new compensation policies and procedures.\
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure the timely provision of marketing allowances and super bonuses to employees.\
  • Manage inquiries from various stakeholders related to compensation matters, providing clear and concise guidance on compensation policies and procedures.\
  • Review and enforce business rules governing distribution compensation, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.\
  • Verify the accuracy of commission reports generated by the system, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues that may arise.\
  • Extract commission details using queries for analysis and validation, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.\
  • Ensure proper implementation of commission calculation logic and mapping, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees.\
  • Validate UAT results and GL postings within Life Asia, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.\
  • Generate billing and process journal postings using Alteryx, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of all related transactions.\
  • Perform reconciliation of commission reports, summary reports, and other commission-related payouts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.\

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in a relevant field, such as finance or accounting.\
  • 6 months contract with potential for extension based on performance.\
  • Some experience as a Business Analyst in Insurance Finance, with knowledge of compensation policies and procedures.\
