Compensation and Benefits Specialist Job Description

This role is responsible for managing staff compensation, benefits, and other HR-related tasks.

  • Accurately process payroll within set deadlines to ensure timely payment to staff members;
  • Maintain proper documentation to support payroll processing and facilitate audit checks;
  • Update and maintain accurate records of staff personal, compensation, and other information in the system;
  • Prepare detailed reports on payroll submissions to the Accounts Department;
  • Ensure timely submission of monthly CPF contributions;
  • Reconcile salaries and verify government claims for accuracy;
  • Assist in project staff deployment and resource allocation to meet organizational needs;
  • Maintain accurate staff personal files and assist with annual appraisal report submissions;
  • Monitor leave applications and process insurance claims efficiently;
  • Perform administrative tasks as required by management to support business objectives.
