Account Growth Leader

This role involves overseeing the expansion of key enterprise and public sector accounts within the ASEAN market.

The successful candidate will develop and execute comprehensive account strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.

Main responsibilities include leading a solution-based approach across Citrix's entire portfolio, including Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Desktop-as-a-Service (DaaS), and NetScaler, etc.

A thorough understanding of secure access, digital workspaces, Networking and app delivery solutions is essential, with experience with Citrix or a competing technology being a significant advantage.

Excellent strategic relationship management and negotiation skills are required, as well as the ability to lead complex, long-cycle sales processes and engage C-level executives through strong communication and presentation skills.

Additional main responsibilities include navigating government procurement processes and compliance requirements for sales opportunities within the public sector, and working closely with partners and internal teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
