As a seasoned sales leader, you will lead full-cycle enterprise sales efforts — from initial conversation to signed contract — driving custom software and consulting engagements across Europe and global markets. You'll engage directly with senior stakeholders, crafting tailored solutions that solve real business problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the full enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing
Utilize your network and experience to establish relationships with high-value clients
Lead consultative conversations with C-level and senior decision-makers
Develop proposals, pricing strategies, and value propositions that win
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet promises and expectations
Manage revenue targets and pipeline health
