Job Title: Key Account Support Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Key Account Support Associate. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify sales orders accurately and promptly.
  • Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery coordination.
  • Create and upload invoices; match POs, DOs, and invoices.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat professionally.
  • Handle complaints, order adjustments, or urgent requests.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and suggest process improvements where necessary.

Requirements:

  • GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or Diploma in any field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in admin, receptionist, or customer service roles.
  • Fast learner with a positive working attitude.
