Key Responsibilities:

  3. Contribute to the creation and implementation of curriculum that reflects industry standards and best practices.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Baking & Pastry or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of industry experience.
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage Operations and Management.
  • Operational and production skills in culinary and food service, with specialization in Baking & Pastry.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices.
  • Proficiency in classical and modern cuisine (baking & pastries), both theory and practical.
  • Ability to facilitate student learning using best practice educational methodologies.
  • Knowledge of computer software applications for course delivery.
  • Effective communication and networking skills.
  • Passionate about teaching and student learning.
