Senior Technical Account Manager, OTC Pricing

In this role, you will play a crucial part in the Client Services team, focusing on the management and support of OTC pricing content providers. Your expertise will be essential in addressing incoming inquiries and resolving technical challenges, while also fostering proactive relationships with our partners to ensure the precise and timely delivery of their OTC pricing data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong, collaborative partnerships with OTC pricing content providers by gaining a comprehensive understanding of their technology, data objectives, and challenges to deliver exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with a global network of dedicated account managers, technical experts, relationship managers, and product managers to gain insights into client data requirements and market dynamics, shaping your account strategy accordingly.
  • Enhance data ingestion processes by comprehending both internal and external data infrastructures, aiding content providers in maintaining and elevating data quality while optimizing content distribution.
  • Establish yourself as a subject matter expert in OTC pricing data, utilizing business intelligence to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for data acquisition and enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in the financial services sector, encompassing exchanges, market data providers, fintech, or financial institutions.
  • Proven track record in client services roles, ideally managing and supporting tier 1 sell-side accounts and central banks.
  • Demonstrated experience in data management, governance, or quality assurance.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field related to data technology or finance, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities, with the capacity to manage and prioritize multiple client inquiries and projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency in supporting key accounts, assisting them in maintaining and enhancing custom systems related to content distribution.
  • Confidence to lead strategic technical and business relationships.
  • A drive to develop innovative ideas and strategies for your accounts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to engage directly with clients.
  • A proactive attitude with the confidence to challenge existing practices and a genuine desire to enhance processes.
  • A keen interest and understanding of financial markets.
  • Experience in identifying technical solutions to automate or improve data workflows and enhance efficiencies.
  • Familiarity with at least one asset class, such as Equities, Derivatives, or Fixed Income.
  • Evidence of continuous career advancement within an organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in any Asian languages.
  • Knowledge of FIX Connectivity and programming languages such as Python, SQL, and VBA.
  • Experience utilizing business intelligence to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and business intelligence platforms.
  • Interest in leveraging data analytical tools for product and content improvement opportunities.
  • Previous experience as an Account Manager in a technology-driven organization.
