Cybersecurity Support Professional

We're seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Support Professional to lead our security efforts across project and infrastructure domains. This role is central to maintaining strong cybersecurity posture, managing expert third-party providers, and ensuring effective response to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end cybersecurity support across projects and infrastructure environments.
  • Manage and coordinate with external cybersecurity service providers to address new security risks.
  • Lead incident response activities and support the resolution of cybersecurity issues.
  • Apply deep knowledge of infrastructure and network security to protect key systems and data.
  • Align security efforts with business goals by working closely with internal teams and project stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of relevant cybersecurity experience in areas such as network security, endpoint protection, SIEM, and incident response.
  • Hands-on experience supporting IT or client-facing projects with cybersecurity requirements.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks like NIST or CCoP is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Operating systems and network configurations.
  • Next-gen firewalls and network detection/response tools.
  • Endpoint protection solutions (AV, EDR).
  • SIEM and SOAR platforms for anomaly detection and automation.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and building client relationships.

Certifications & Knowledge:

  • CISSP, SSCP, or other relevant cybersecurity certifications preferred.
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, tools, and incident response playbooks.
