Cybersecurity Expert Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team. As a Cybersecurity Expert, you will be responsible for deploying, upgrading, and configuring CyberArk and other cybersecurity products.

  • Deploy, upgrade, and configure CyberArk and other cybersecurity products.
  • Propose effective solutions based on customer needs.
  • Conduct training for clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues across systems and networks.
  • Support sales with technical insights and tender responses.
  • Continuously upskill and obtain relevant certifications.
  • Act as a knowledge resource for internal support teams.
Requirements:
  • Nitec/Diploma/Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • 2+ years' experience in IT/Cybersecurity (Associate role available for fresh grads).
  • Knowledge of CyberArk, IAM, EDR, SIEM, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and networking fundamentals.
  • Strong troubleshooting and scripting skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CyberArk CDE, CISSP, CCNA/CCNP, OSCP) are a plus.
  • Team player with a proactive and professional attitude.
