As a country operations manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of local operations and ensuring profitable growth through the representation of a global product group. You will drive business development and profit & loss management in domestic and allocated markets.
You will contribute to the global product group strategy and participate in local business unit strategy development with the local management team. Develop performance targets aligned with global goals and oversee their achievement.
Evaluate market opportunities and decide on appropriate activities in line with the strategy. Ensure profitable growth and oversee production or execution of high-quality products and services.
Manage relevant local R&D initiatives and build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction. Uphold the company's core values of safety and integrity.
Requirements:Engineering degree preferably in Electrical Engineering
- 12-18 years of P&L experience
- 15 years in engineering within the substation or power sector
- Strong knowledge of power systems and substation engineering
- Leadership skills to manage a team of 50 members
