We are working with a leading FinTech company, and as part of their continued growth, NodeFlair has been engaged to search for a Country Manager to join their Singapore team. Seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to drive growth, P&L, and in-market operations in Singapore. The ideal candidate will lead a cross-functional team and collaborate with regional leadership to deliver customer acquisition, revenue growth, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Own and manage local P&L and growth targetsDevelop quarterly/annual plans and budgets in collaboration with Group GMLead a cross-functional team (Account Management, Sales, BD, Marketing, Ops, Content)Drive business development (merchants, suppliers, partnerships, co-marketing)Oversee daily operations and improve operational effectivenessExecute local strategies across commercial, marketing, content and product teamsSecure favorable pricing, exclusive campaigns, and expand merchant/supplier networkEnhance customer experience, conversion rates, and campaign outcomes Requirements: 3-5 years experience leading cross-functional teamsPrior HOD/leadership roles in Account Management, Sales, BD, Operations, or GrowthP&L ownership experienceExperience in eCommerce, retail tech, software, or financial services preferredFamiliarity with retail financial products (banking, insurance) and their commercial cyclesStrong communication and executive stakeholder management skillsCountry management experience preferredBilingual (English + relevant local language)Digital-savvy with core finance and HR knowledgeBachelors degree or equivalent Traits & Values: Looking for candidates who are Hungry, Humble, and Smart, and who embody values like teamwork, customer-centricity, personal growth, accountability, and innovation.
