Job Description Create and implement effective annual business plans to ensure company growth, profitability and market share in the country. Researching the country or region thoroughly and adapting strategies accordingly. Actively involved in new business development; able to anticipate and capitalize on business opportunities. Lead and develop a high-performing country teams including creating an inspiring work culture as defined by our Core Values. Maximize profit margins and manage operational budgets effectively. Liaising with head office and writing up quarterly/annual reports. Develop and maintain extensive senior level business connections and industry networksRequirements Bachelor's or above degree in business administration, management, engineering or related field Minimum 10 years’ experience as a General Manager or similar role, preferable in construction Industry A good knowledge base of the country/region in ASEAN Countries. Good people-management skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills Experience working on PUB water/wastewater projects will be an advantage
