Country Leadership Role
Job Description:The role of a country leader is pivotal in shaping the strategic direction and growth of our operations in Singapore. You will be responsible for driving sales and distribution strategy, leading a district sales team, and fostering strong relationships with top customers and key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement national sales and distribution strategies to meet long-term sales objectives.
- Lead district sales teams, collaborating with operations and marketing departments to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain credibility with top customers and key decision-makers through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Execute and manage yearly business plans, ensuring alignment with sales, volumes, order intake, and financial targets.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience, including leadership and commercial management roles.
- Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams and developing talent.
- Excellent time management skills, autonomy, and self-direction.
- Ability to think innovatively, challenge the status quo, and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
