System Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of software developers and drive the development of cutting-edge systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute systems projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management
- Manage software projects within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints to deliver specified requirements and meet customer expectations
- Develop and manage work plans with the software engineering team to ensure effective work assignment, progress tracking, and timely project completion
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage customer relationships
- Monitor and track software development progress and provide status updates
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent from a recognized university
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is advantageous
- Proven experience in systems software development, IT project leadership, and SDLC cycle management
- Certification in Project Management (such as PMP, CITPM)
- Good understanding of software development methodologies, tools, workflow, and artefacts
- Good understanding and experience in Contracts Management
- 5+ years of experience in IT project leadership and having gone through one complete SDLC cycle in a large-scale systems development
- Experience in coordinating teams in multiple locations/countries/time zone for project delivery
- Experience in security aspects in software systems
