Front Office Hospitality Leader

A Front Office Hospitality Leader is required to manage the front office operations of a hotel.
Responsibilities- Process guest arrivals and room assignments according to hotel policies, rates, and discount structures while accommodating special requests whenever possible.
- Provide assistance with luggage, safety box, additional room keys, transportation, and other services as needed.
- Collect payment in compliance with cash handling, credit card processing, and accounting procedures.
- Respond to guest inquiries about hotel services, events, directions, and attractions.
- Pre-register, block reservations, and process same-day and future bookings as well as handle room cancellations in accordance with hotel policies.
- Perform night audits during midnight shifts and prepare necessary reports.
- Handle loyalty membership enquiries, including managing 'Preferred', 'Gold', and 'Platinum' members.
- Lead the Front Office Team, including rostering, appraisals, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with the Front Office Manager.
- Undertake other duties and tasks as requested by management.
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or NITEC in any field.
- Required languages: English, preferably one other spoken language.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Essential skills: Opera, Marriott, Hotel, Diligent, Trustworthy, Articulate.
- Desirable: Junior Executive with specialization in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
