Job Title: Guest Relations Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relations Coordinator to oversee the smooth operation of front office functions.

This key position is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of front office functions, adhering to established standards and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with at least 2 years of hospitality experience.

  • Ensure the effective management of front office operations, including reception, concierge, and communications.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead by example, fostering a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, accountability, and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Key Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of hospitality experience.
  • Education: Diploma in hotel management or tourism studies preferred.

Working Conditions: Able to work on weekends/public holidays and 3 rotating shifts.
