Technical Leadership Role in Core Banking

As a technical consultant, you will be leading and contributing to Temenos T24 Core Banking projects. Your responsibilities will include supporting clients across the full project lifecycle from analysis and design through to post-live support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and contribute to Temenos T24 Core Banking projects as Technical Lead or Consultant.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management, technical and business teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
  • Take ownership of assigned project areas, including development and execution of testing plans, data migration strategies, integration plans, cutover plans, and implementation activities.
  • Configure, validate, and optimize custom Temenos T24 functionalities to ensure strong user acceptance and delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Produce clear, structured, and comprehensive technical documentation for internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver technical training programs for clients and end-users to ensure effective solution adoption.
  • Contribute to planning and execution of migration strategies to support seamless project transitions and upgrades.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 10 years of experience in Temenos T24 software technical consultancy and expert services, preferably within a banking environment.
  • Proven track record in successfully delivering end-to-end T24 Core Banking and/or Wealth Suite transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of T24 architecture and design principles.
  • Robust combination of technical expertise and product knowledge, with hands-on experience in one or more of the following T24 modules: Securities and Corporate Actions, Derivatives (DX), Structured Products (SY), Treasury Modules — MM, FX, and Swaps.
  • Experience in Financial Accounting and GL reporting, including accounting schema preparation, chart of accounts setup, and analysis/correction of GL mismatches.
  • Experience planning and executing T24 upgrades, TAFC to TAFJ migrations, and performance-tuning initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with integration frameworks such as IRIS and modern design frameworks.
  • Strong technical proficiency in INFOBASIC, T24 JAVA API coding, JAVA, Oracle 10+ operating systems.
  • Familiarity with UNIX, AS400, and NT operating systems, particularly in relation to disk structures.
  • Experience integrating T24 with Wealth Suite components, including TAP, TTI, and TDS is a must.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Hands-on project client implementation experience in T24 modules is a must.
  • Strong technical expertise and in-depth product knowledge in one or more of the following T24 modules: Securities and Corporate Actions, Derivatives (DX), Structured Products (SY), and Treasury Modules (MM, FX, Swaps).
