Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

This is a key role within our organization that involves collaboration with IT and business stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration and optimization of core banking systems.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst who can design system enhancements and functional solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of core banking systems, including Temenos Transact Core Banking, and experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business processes, proposing innovative solutions, and ensuring system solutions align with business needs and regulatory requirements.

This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 12-15 years of IT business analysis, system engineering & support, focused on Core Banking with Private Banking domain
  • Experience in handling Credit Products (e.g. Mortgage, Lombard Loans, Structured Finance, Guarantees), Derivatives (e.g. Options, Structured Products) and Securities (e.g. Equities, Fixed Income, Funds)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to challenge business/technical requirements
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills
