Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Core Banking Specialist. This position will involve working closely with stakeholders to drive business solutions and implement new processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis: Provide expert analysis and recommendations to drive business solutions, leveraging technical expertise in Core Banking systems and Private Banking domain experience.
  • System Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new applications and drive process improvements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Process Development: Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of PLWs (Precedent Linked Workflows) and advise on new process development for enhanced efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise: Minimum 10+ years of IT business analysis and system engineering experience focused on Core Banking with Private Banking domain, preferably with most experience in handling Credit Products, Derivatives, and Securities.
  • Methodologies: Working experience of SDLC and Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills, self-driven, highly motivated, hardworking, and agile enough to work both independently and as a team player.
