- Manage the entire customer lifecycle (from deployment to product adoption)
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders
- Closely manage and nurture accounts
- Propose development strategies for customers' expanded usage of solutions
- Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value
- Minimize customer churn
- Conduct on-boarding and product demonstrations for new and existing customers
Analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, ensuring successful deployment of our platform and products while driving customer satisfaction and happiness.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
