Job Title: Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Experience Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective management of customer bookings, walk-ins, and the full ticketing process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer bookings, reservations, amendments, cancellations, and mileage redemptions.
  • Assist customers, travel agents, and corporate clients via phone/email.
  • Maintain customer profiles and frequent flyer accounts.
  • Share promotions and assist with programme forms/materials.
  • Resolve customer feedback and complaints with backend support.
  • Coordinate ticket handling logistics and related events.
Requirements:
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and reservation/ticketing systems.
  • Strong attention to detail.
