Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Manager to lead our customer service team and provide exceptional support to our clients. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Duties & Responsibilities:- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the customer service team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Knowledge Management: Stay up-to-date on products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with the team, management, and customers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Continuous Learning: Stay current with industry developments and best practices in customer service.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, or relevant field.
- Leadership Experience: Three to five years of leadership and management experience in customer-service-related capacity.
- Professionalism: High degree of professionalism in customer service.
- People Skills: Exceptional people skills.
- Communication Skills: High standards of customer communication skills.
- Experience: Prior experience in the beauty line preferred.
- Calm Under Pressure: Ability to stay calm and composed in handling difficult customers.
- Computer Literacy: Computer literate.
