As a Senior Clinical Operations Manager at Recruit Express Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our Specialist Outpatient Clinics, ensuring seamless operational readiness, activation, and transition planning.

  • Develop and implement operational models and workflows aligned with the hospital's service and care model, in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Design and execute workflow simulations to test new models virtually and with physical prototypes in the campus Healthcare Living Lab, driving innovation and improvement.
  • Plan and manage resource requirements for nesting, hospital pre-operations, and ramp-up phases, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Lead manpower planning, staff recruitment, and training efforts, ensuring a skilled and motivated team.
  • Oversee all operational, manpower, and administrative matters under the purview of Specialist Outpatient Clinics, driving excellence and quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with at least 8 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a managerial capacity managing hospital operations in an acute hospital outpatient clinic setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage various stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
  • A team player with strong planning, analytical, and critical thinking skills, able to work under pressure and adapt to change.
  • Ability to manage challenges effectively, with a focus on delivering results and driving success.
