We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a reception and administrative assistant. About the RoleThis is a full-time position responsible for managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting clients in a professional manner. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly and ensuring a professional atmosphere.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations efficiently, handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and assist clients in a compassionate manner.
- Liaison with Counselling Professionals: Liaise with counselling professionals who use the centre, maintaining effective communication and coordination.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, colleagues, and external partners in a professional and courteous manner.
- Organizational Abilities: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks and maintaining records.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience using digital tools and software.
