- Overview of the Role:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Officer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a reception field.
The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to all incoming and outgoing calls promptly and courteously, taking and distributing accurate messages to the right person, and assisting with administrative tasks such as bookings of appointments.
Additionally, the candidate will be expected to maintain sales and cleanliness of the reception area, keep daily records of front desk operations, and perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work effectively with English and Chinese speaking clients, and the capacity to work on weekends.
