Order Fulfillment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Order Management Specialist. This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities under tight deadlines.
- This role involves managing customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and competitive quotes for customers, and conducting cost analysis to select the best quality product within budget and delivery timelines.
- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in order management, customer service, or operations.
- Receiving and processing manual customer orders
- Verifying product availability
- Entering data accurately into internal systems
- Tracking and managing order status
In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be responsible for addressing and resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and delivery issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Problem-solving mindset and excellent coordination and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and order management systems
