About the Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at BeiGene. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales objectives in the oncology and hematology markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement territory-specific sales plans to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key physicians and healthcare professionals in assigned territory.
  • Utilize data and analytics to prioritize engagements and interactions with customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop access strategies and customer-facing messages.
  • Proactively engage with key external stakeholders to improve patient access to BeiGene's products.
  • Manage and execute sales plans in line with marketing strategy.
  • Establish relationships with key external stakeholders and decision makers to coordinate commercial and access objectives.
  • Assist in the identification and resolution of issues and opportunities, and communicate proactively to marketing and sales management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent educational background.
  • Over 7 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with 3-5 years of hematology and/or oncology experience.
  • Experience in launching new products in the sales team is preferred.
  • Proven relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) in Oncology/Hematology and key external stakeholders.
  • Capability to engage with target customers utilizing various digital engagement tools.
  • Dedicated to making customer experience a priority and passionate about the patient journey with a patient-centric approach.
  • Highly skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including interfacing with key internal and external stakeholders and with scientific, medical, and commercial teams.
  • Results-oriented and strategic, with a positive attitude and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
